Q: Why does my Foghorn display the Puckhead logo every time it goes off?
A: Some early units were shipped with a white USB-C cable from a supplier that didn’t meet our performance standards. This can cause display glitches like the logo flashing during goal events. To fix this, replace the cable with a high-speed USB-C cord rated for at least 2 amps. If you don’t have one available, contact our support team — we’ll send you a replacement under warranty.
Q: I'm having trouble connecting my Foghorn to Wi-Fi. What should I do?
A: Follow these steps
- Open the Puckhead Foghorn companion app.
- Go to Settings and press the disconnect button from Wi-Fi.
- Unplug the power cord from the device, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in.
- Restart the app and begin the setup process again.
- When you enter your Wi-Fi password, do not press "Enter" on your keyboard. Instead, tap outside the keyboard to dismiss it, then tap "Finish" to complete setup.
