Didnt have instructions, but figured it out. Top holes for mounting were a bit obscured when assembled, and tough to get a drill in to put screws through, but was able to figure that through too. Well designed and sturdy. Great holder for the light!

Great addition. Itvallowed me to mount the light upside down right above my big screen.
